Method:
- In a blender, place the berries, banana, acai powder, nut butter spread and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth. Add extra water if needed (most likely you won’t need any).
- Place in serving bowl and top with the suggested toppings or your favorite assortment.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 1 large ripe banana (Sliced and then fozen)
- 1 pack of acai puree (Preferably with no added sugar)
- 1 cup of Almond Milk (or your choice of plant-based milk)
- 1 tablesp
- oon of your favourite Freakin’ Healthy® nut butter Spread (We love it with Cashew Coconut spread)
Toppings
- Mixed fresh berries
- Freakin’ Healthy® classic granola (or choose your favourite)
- Chia seeds
- Chopped Raw Almonds
